Infancy and Toddler Program 
This program is for infants up to 3 years of age. In this program, we not only take care of the weaning foods, but also include foods rich in vitamins, minerals that will help improve the child’s immunity from the beginning and help them reach their developmental milestones easily right from teething process to walking.

Early Childhood Program
This program is for the age group of 3-6 years.
Most of the intellectual, social and emotional development takes place in this stage. This is the time when we need to ensure better cognitive development by introducing healthy brain foods.

Middle Childhood Program
This one is for children aged 6-12 years.
Here is the time to inculcate habit of healthy eating and ensure good immunity and energy levels as the children may get into the habit of eating junk, participate into sport and ensure good physical development

Teen Program
The teen program is for 12-18 year olds.
This is the stage where children achieve puberty; the stage of all the physical changes. Your child may gain weight and have self esteem issues. This program will help them with the entire nutrition requirement to promote healthy weight and at the same time prepare their body for all the changes.
